What Is A Super Affiliate – And How You Can Become One!
At this part, you’re probably very familiar with the affiliate marketing world. If not I recommend that you read other posts on my blog here. After all, between building up your website, email campaigns and product promoting, you’ve been one very busy affiliate superstar! If this scenario sounds familiar, then you’ve probably come across this rather intimidating term once or twice: the super affiliate.
No, the super affiliate isn’t an online marketing superhero! Rather, the super affiliate is what all affiliate marketers strive to be: a high-earning, well-paid and WEALTHY affiliate marketer who has a veritable online empire. Many affiliates hope to become a super affiliate at some point within their career, since it’s at this status that one will start encountering the six and even seven figure incomes (yes, it’s quite possible!).
Yet there’s a very big difference between a good affiliate and a super affiliate – and it’s important to distinguish between what a good affiliate marketer would do, and what a super affiliate would do.
So let’s get started!
A good affiliate will design a nice-looking website following his or her merchant’s guidelines for how to promote the product. But unfortunately, other affiliates are doing the exact same thing at the exact same moment – and you need to stand out from the online crowd!
A super affiliate, on the other hand, will break the mould by designing his or her own website with unique copy that’s miles different, but still as effective, as the original merchant’s copy. A super affiliate will always treat their affiliate’s product like it’s his or her own – which means that lots of sweat, blood and tears will go into creating an enviable affiliate marketing empire!
A good affiliate market will use the ad copy that’s provided by his or her affiliate – but again, you’ll run into the same problem as mentioned before. Thousands of other affiliates could potentially be doing the same thing, so you want to make sure that you separate yourself from the pack by doing things a little differently. A super affiliate understands this need to be different, and will write original ad copy to pique the interest of clients. A super affiliate also knows that this ad copy needs to be optimized in order to climb to the top of the search engine charts, which we’ve discussed about in earlier chapters of this book!
A good affiliate will stay in touch with his or her business partner, but a super affiliate will establish a direct line of communication, with constant check-ins throughout the week. This means that the affiliate’s business partner will view them as a vital part of the company’s overall profits – and this is a great way towards boosting those commissions that will buy you that second home abroad!
A good affiliate will use plenty of services to promote their business partner’s product, but a super affiliate knows that the future of internet advertising lies with social networking sites and Youtube, since he or she has the ability to connect with millions of potential customers – think of all the commissions you can garner with that kind of advertising power! If you don’t know how to make and upload Youtube videos, you can buy a popular video within your marketing niche; just send an email along to the owner of the video and make them an offer they can’t refuse.
Here’s another important note
Super affiliates also drastically differ from good affiliates in how much they earn. See, a good affiliate will earn up to at least 5K a month – but super affiliates can earn up to 100K a month, maybe even more! Clearly super affiliates are doing something right – and I’ve just outlined all of the tips that you need in order to join the ranks of the super affiliates!
As you can see, the differences between a good and a great affiliate marketer may not seem like much – but it can easily mean the difference between a five figure income and the kind of money making potential that would make CEOs of major companies knocking on your doorstep to learn your secrets!
